What is the CORSO ITALIA GIFT CARD
The CORSO ITALIA GIFT CARD (the gift card) is a non-nominative card that can be purchased in our CORSO ITALIA stores (the Seller) by the Customer, issued to the bearer, which can be used for future purchases or as a gift to relatives and friends.
The GIFT CARD is delivered to the Customer at the time of purchase and can be used immediately EXCLUSIVELY for the purchase of goods in the store.

Validity period
The GIFT CARD can be used within 12 months from the date of issue, unless the credit runs out before this deadline.

Characteristics

• The GIFT CARD will be available in a variable denomination chosen by the Customer from a minimum of €30.00 to a maximum of €1,000.00.
• No discounts and/or promotions of any kind may be applied to the purchase of the GIFT CARD.
• There are no issuing costs, activation costs or usage fees.
• It is not rechargeable.
• It is activated at the checkout at the time of purchase of the same, by paying the chosen amount through the payment methods accepted in the points of sale (other gift cards or merchandise vouchers issued by the Seller or by third parties on the occasion of particular promotional initiatives will not be accepted for purchase).
• At the time of purchase, the Customer will be given an issuing document indicating the amount and characteristics of the GIFT CARD.
• The GIFT CARD can be spent in multiple solutions and used exclusively at CORSO ITALIA stores.
• The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining amount on the GIFT CARD.
• It will be possible to request at any time at one of the CORSO ITALIA sales points a printout of the GIFT CARD balance and all the transactions made with it.
• If the value of the GIFT CARD is not used up by its expiry date, the Customer will not be entitled to change or refunds of any kind.
• The GIFT CARD is not convertible into cash and the balance cannot be returned to the Customer in any form.
• It cannot be used to purchase other GIFT CARDS or E-GIFT CARDS.
• If the value of the GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted at the CORSO ITALIA stores.
• The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.
• GIFT CARDS that have been tampered with, altered or that have wording other than the pre-printed ones will not be accepted. Manual additions to the same will not be accepted.

Loss or theft
The GIFT CARD is a bearer card, it is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it to make a purchase. The card holder is solely responsible for its use and custody. In the event of theft, loss or damage, the Card cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded.
The Seller cannot be held liable for any improper or fraudulent use of E-GIFT CARDS by third parties.

Terms of Use
The issuing and use of a GIFT CARD implies acceptance of these conditions of use, available on the Site and at “CORSO ITALIA” points of sale and valid until explicitly modified or replaced.
The Seller reserves the right to verify the correct use of the GIFT CARD and to intervene in the event of ascertained violations.
GIFT CARDS obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void.

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. For further details, the Customer can consult the privacy policy .
