What is the CORSO ITALIA E-GIFT CARD
The CORSO ITALIA E-GIFT CARD (the E-gift card) is a non-nominative card that can be purchased online by the Customer on the website www.corsoitaliamanifatturapartenopea.it (the “Site”) managed by CORSO ITALIA SRL (the Seller), issued to the bearer, which can be used for future purchases or as a gift to relatives and friends.
The E-GIFT CARD is sent via email to the recipient indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase and can be used immediately EXCLUSIVELY for the purchase of goods on the Site.

Validity period
The E-GIFT CARD can be used within 36 months from the date of receipt of the purchase confirmation email sent to the recipient of the E-GIFT CARD, unless the credit runs out before this deadline.

Characteristics

• The E-GIFT CARD will be issued for the chosen amount.
• No discounts and/or promotions of any kind may be applied to the purchase of the E-GIFT CARD.
• There are no issuing costs, activation costs or usage fees.
• It is not rechargeable.
• The recipient of the card will receive the E-GIFT CARD code via email.
• The E-GIFT CARD can be spent in a SINGLE SOLUTION.
• If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is not used up by its expiry date, the Customer will not be entitled to change or refunds of any kind.
• The E-GIFT CARD is not convertible into cash and its value cannot be returned to the Customer in any form.
• The E-GIFT CARD is valid in all countries.
• It cannot be used to purchase other E-GIFT CARDS.
• If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the Site.
• The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.

Loss or theft
The E-GIFT CARD is a bearer card, it is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it to make a purchase. The card holder is solely responsible for its use and custody. In the event of theft, loss or damage, the Card cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded.
The Seller cannot be held liable for any improper or fraudulent use of E-GIFT CARDS by third parties.

Terms of Use
The issuing and use of an E-GIFT CARD implies acceptance of these conditions of use, available on the Site and at “CORSO ITALIA” points of sale and valid until explicitly modified or replaced.
The Seller reserves the right to verify the correct use of the E-GIFT CARD and to intervene in the event of ascertained violations.
E-GIFT CARDS obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void.

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. For further details, the Customer can consult the privacy policy .
